Kpop Data is operated by Kesalz LLC. These terms govern use of our online store and purchases of digital products. Shopify provides the storefront and checkout platform.
Products and orders
Products are digital downloads; no physical goods are shipped. Read the product description, file requirements and usage terms before ordering. Supply a valid email address so we can deliver your order and contact you about it. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an unlawful, fraudulent or unavailable order. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and refund the unfulfilled purchase.
Prices and payments
The price, currency, applicable taxes and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must complete before delivery. Displayed payment options can vary by country, device and payment provider.
Delivery and assistance
Download instructions are emailed after payment. Check spam folders and contact support if delivery is delayed or a link does not work. The delivery details shown on the product page and our Download guide apply to your order. Do not share your private download links.
Refunds and permitted use
Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund. Purchases are subject to our Commercial License and usage terms. Copyright and other rights remain with their respective owners; purchase alone does not authorize commercial exploitation.
Website use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with checkout, introduce harmful code, impersonate others or use the service unlawfully. Information and availability can change; changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to completed purchases.
Your rights and contact
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us about an order or a concern using the details below. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
