1. How do I receive and download the albums I have purchased?

You'll receive a TeraBox download link in your email after payment (check your spam folder if you don't see it). Our system is currently overloaded, so it may take approximately 5–8 minutes to receive the email containing the TeraBox link.

2. I’ve paid but didn’t receive the TeraBox link, or the link is broken.

First, please thoroughly check your email's spam folder for the TeraBox link. If it’s missing or broken, you can email us at support@kpopdata.shop , message us on Telegram: @KpopDataShop, or use the live chat on this website. We'll help you resolve it as quickly as possible.

3. I'm trying to buy albums, but I can't complete my payment.

We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and more. Some customers may be flagged as high-risk by the payment system, which may prevent payment. 4. Are there discounts for buying multiple albums?

5. Can I trade Kpop album data with you?
