These usage terms apply to digital products purchased from Kpop Data, operated by Kesalz LLC.
Personal use by default
Unless a product explicitly includes a separate commercial licence from the relevant rights holder, your purchase is for personal, non-commercial use only. Buying a file does not transfer copyright or ownership of its contents.
Commercial projects
No blanket permission is granted to sell merchandise, create print-on-demand products, use artist likenesses in advertising, or otherwise exploit album content commercially. Any permitted commercial use must be stated in a written licence that identifies the applicable files, uses, limits and rights holder. Contact us before purchasing for a commercial project.
Rights of artists and other owners
Copyright, trademarks, music rights, image rights and publicity rights remain with their respective owners. Kpop Data does not claim affiliation with an artist or entertainment company unless expressly stated with authorization. A file purchase alone does not clear third-party rights.
Restrictions
Do not redistribute, resell, publicly share or give away the original files or download links, claim ownership of the content, or use it unlawfully. You are responsible for obtaining any additional permissions required for your intended use.
Refunds and questions
If a purchase is refunded, discontinue use and delete your downloaded copies, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Ask us if you need clarification before using a file.
