14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason, including after downloading the files. This policy applies to digital products purchased from Kpop Data, operated by Kesalz LLC.

How to request a refund

Email support@kpopdata.shop with your order number and checkout email. A short explanation can help us improve, but is not required for a request within the guarantee period. Do not send payment card details or passwords.

Missing, damaged or incorrect files

Contact us if you cannot access an order or receive incorrect or incomplete files. We can help restore access or provide a replacement. You may still choose a refund during the 14-day guarantee period.

Processing and later requests

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. After 14 days, contact us with any unresolved issue; your mandatory legal rights continue to apply. No physical return is required.

After a refund

Stop using the refunded files and delete downloaded copies, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
