  1. How do I receive and download the albums I have purchased?

You'll receive a TeraBox download link in your email after payment (check your spam folder if you don't see it). Our system is currently overloaded, so it may take approximately 5–8 minutes to receive the email containing the TeraBox link.

The download link is permanent — it will never expire ("The link will last for 48 hours" shown in your email is just a display issue).

  1. I'm trying to buy albums, but I can't complete my payment.

We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and more. Some customers may be flagged as high-risk by the payment system, which may prevent payment.
